Le condizioni calde e secche durante l&#039;estate in diverse regioni probabilmente aggraveranno ulteriormente la situazione durante le tosature autunnali e, secondo quanto riportato, hanno anche causato un aumento del numero di ovini venduti. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 particolarmente evidente in Victoria, Tasmania, nel sud-est dell&#039;Australia Meridionale e in gran parte delle principali regioni di produzione ovina del Queensland.&quot;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 12pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u201c&quot;Alcune regioni, come alcune zone dell&#039;Australia Occidentale, hanno registrato precipitazioni pi\u00f9 abbondanti, principalmente grazie alle intense tempeste estive, che hanno alleviato la carenza d&#039;acqua per il bestiame, ma le condizioni dei pascoli rimangono motivo di preoccupazione. Nel Nuovo Galles del Sud, il principale stato produttore, la situazione \u00e8 eterogenea: alcune regioni hanno visto miglioramenti, mentre altre segnalano condizioni pi\u00f9 secche e pesi della lana inferiori rispetto a un anno fa.&quot;\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 12pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Il calo di 7% si confronta con un calo di 5,6% nel peso della lana testata da AWTA nei primi otto mesi del 2015\/16. Il Comitato prevede che i test AWTA diminuiranno pi\u00f9 rapidamente nell&#039;ultimo trimestre della stagione rispetto all&#039;ultimo trimestre del 2014\/15.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 12pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">La prima previsione dell&#039;AWPFC per la produzione di lana tosata per la prossima stagione 2016\/17 \u00e8 di 320 milioni di kg di lana grezza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 12pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Il Comitato ha rilevato che, per la stagione 2015\/16 fino a febbraio, i dati dei test AWTA hanno mostrato un aumento significativo del peso della lana tra 16,5 micron e pi\u00f9 fine, solo un lieve calo nei volumi di lana da 17 micron, ma un calo significativo nei volumi di lana tra 21,6 e 23,5 micron. I volumi delle altre categorie di micron sono diminuiti per lo pi\u00f9 di circa 6%-9%.
