Ce th\u00e8me souligne qu&#039;aujourd&#039;hui, 1 b\u00e9b\u00e9 sur 10* n\u00e9 en Australie d\u00e9veloppera une allergie alimentaire. Parmi les aliments susceptibles de d\u00e9clencher le plus de r\u00e9actions allergiques, on retrouve le lait de vache, les \u0153ufs, les arachides, les fruits \u00e0 coque, le s\u00e9same, le soja, le bl\u00e9, le poisson et les crustac\u00e9s. Les allergies aux arachides, aux fruits \u00e0 coque, au poisson, aux crustac\u00e9s et au s\u00e9same sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement permanentes.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif de la campagne est de mieux faire comprendre les allergies alimentaires et les personnes \u00e0 risque d\u2019anaphylaxie, ainsi que d\u2019accro\u00eetre les connaissances sur la mani\u00e8re de r\u00e9duire le risque de r\u00e9action, de reconna\u00eetre une r\u00e9action et de savoir comment r\u00e9agir correctement lorsqu\u2019elle survient.<\/p>\n<p>Agrifood Technology propose des tests d&#039;allerg\u00e8nes pour aider les entreprises \u00e0 respecter les normes d&#039;\u00e9tiquetage de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 publique.
