Parall\u00e8lement, le poids moyen de la toison en Australie sera l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de 2014\/15. Les conditions climatiques sont assez variables, mais la baisse du poids moyen de la toison refl\u00e8te les conditions difficiles rencontr\u00e9es dans plusieurs r\u00e9gions, notamment l\u2019ouest du Victoria, le sud-est de l\u2019Australie-M\u00e9ridionale, la Tasmanie, le nord de la Nouvelle-Galles du Sud et la majeure partie du Queensland.\u00a0\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12.1599998474121px; line-height: 15.8079996109009px;\">L&#039;AWPFC a \u00e9galement estim\u00e9 la production de laine tondue pour la saison 2014\/15 \u00e0 347 millions de kg, soit une augmentation de 1,81 TP3T par rapport \u00e0 la saison pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Cette hausse est conforme, mais inf\u00e9rieure, \u00e0 celle observ\u00e9e lors des tests AWTA, des r\u00e9ceptions de laine ABS et des ventes aux ench\u00e8res AWEX pour 2014\/15. L&#039;augmentation des tests, des r\u00e9ceptions et des ventes aux ench\u00e8res de laine en fin de saison 2014\/15 s&#039;explique en partie par la mise en vente des stocks d&#039;\u00e9levage conserv\u00e9s des saisons pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, ainsi que par la vente \u00e0 terme de laine entrepos\u00e9e chez les courtiers et par des livraisons anticip\u00e9es de laine fra\u00eechement tondue, en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la flamb\u00e9e des prix de la laine en mai et juin. L&#039;augmentation globale de la production de laine tondue en 2014\/15 r\u00e9sulte \u00e9galement de l&#039;am\u00e9lioration du poids des toisons, qui a partiellement compens\u00e9 la baisse du nombre de moutons tondus la saison pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12.1599998474121px; line-height: 15.8079996109009px;\">Le Comit\u00e9 a not\u00e9 que les donn\u00e9es des tests de laine AWTA pour la saison 2014\/15 montraient une r\u00e9duction des volumes de laine de 17,5 microns et moins, mais une augmentation des volumes de laine de 18 \u00e0 20 microns, de 22 \u00e0 23 microns et de laine large (27 microns et plus).
